Outfit Of The Day - PLAGUE

Afternoon! Yesterday I attended the fabulous Dublin Festival of Fashion launch party, in the stunning Westin Hotel. I decided I'm going to start wearing heels to events more often, as I'm sick of feeling underdressed (and being shorter than 90% of the people there). I was sent out these absolutely AMAAAAZING Nightwalk-alike shoes last week, from SoYouShoes. They're half the price of the Jeffrey Campbell versions, and look the exact same! Believe it or not, they're easy to walk in as the ball of your foot and arch are both eprfectly balanced. The shoes are faux leather, and are covered in silver spiked studs - the studs are quite sharp, and I ended up with a few scrapes after a few hours. I still have to break them in, so plasters were in need at the end of the night! I'm head over heels (ha) in love with them, they're so edgy and Gaga-esque.
The gorgeous blouse is vintage, sent to me from Tunnel Vision. Their website is absolutely wonderful, and I've lusted over their stock for months. The blouse is a pink paisley print, and I tied it in at the waist to make it a little younger and retro. I rarely wear pink, and I own less than 10 pink items in my wardrobe so it was nice to done the colour for a change. I wore my black American Apparel disco pants, to keep the outfit edgy but also to not go OTT with it all. My adorable little smiley face ring is from The Button & Bow Factory, and it added a little fun to overall look.
