Haul - Makeup, Skincare & Fashion.
Morning all! I've decided to start posting my hauls up again on my blog, in conjunction with posting up myhaul videos which will also be linked in with the posts - I hope you're all happy with this decision! I like having photos up of my purchases, as it gives you guys a better look-see. I went shopping a few days ago, and picked up a good few bits and bobs - a ton of beauty products especially! (If you want an in-depth review of any of the products featured, please let me know in a comment!)
Boots are still having their 3 for 2 offer on all skincare products, so I took advantage of that and picked up three items you guys have recommended for me. I bought a St. Ives facial scrub, a Boots Traditional Skin Care Glycerin & Rosewater toner and a Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel facial wash. All three items cost me under a tenner, and I'm please with them all so far. I went into Brown Thomas after on a hunt for a birthday present for my Nana; I ended up buying her MAC's Hot Gossip lipstick - which she adores! After a while, I ventured over towards the Lancome counter and decided to treat myself to one of their famous eye makeup removers. I bough the Effacil remover, which is designed to remove all eye makeup bar waterproof products. It was around €23, but hopefully it'll last me quite a while. The final beauty product I bought was a Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet + foundation (shade 15). It's one of my all-time favourite foundations, and it matches my extremely pale complexion to a T. It was around €35, but the 30ml bottle lasts me quite a while so I didn't mind splashing the cash for it.
Fashion-wise, I snapped up two items - I bought a pair of ghetto fabulous gold hoops in Claire's, for just under €8. I've had my eye on them for months, and decided to just buy them instead of gawping at them in the shop every week! My favourite purchase of the lot is definitely my new pair of Vans however; I've wanted a pair for so long, as they're extremely comfortable and go with everything and anything. Office offer quite a generous student discount, so I got my pair for around €46, instead of the original €55 price tag.
